App development for startups in Mendrisio
From MVP to launch: Flutter, iOS and Android mobile applications for startups in Mendrisio and the Mendrisiotto area
I'm Matteo Ricupero, software developer with a sole proprietorship since 2021 in Varese. I build mobile applications with the Flutter framework, websites and web apps for companies, startups and professionals in Mendrisio and the Mendrisiotto area.
What I deliver
- A working MVP on iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase
- Backend and integrations for the real product, such as database, notifications and payments
- Publishing to the App Store and Play Store: developer accounts, product listing and screenshots
- Code and repository stay yours, with full access from release day
A local partner on the territory
The Mendrisiotto has an active manufacturing fabric across textiles and fashion. I follow local startups and new ventures from MVP definition in 4-8 weeks to release.
Developed projects
I have taken startups like Akiflow (YC S20), Tuxi and Cleantracker AI from idea to store launch, defining the MVP and iterating on feedback. The projects page lists these apps and how they came to life.

Frequently asked questions
Do you develop the MVP of a startup in Mendrisio with a limited budget?
Yes, that is exactly what an MVP is for: we define together the minimum features to validate the idea and keep costs down. I have worked with startups like Akiflow (YC S20) and Tuxi starting from lean budgets.
What do you need to start developing the app?
A description of the idea and the problem it solves is enough. From there we define user flows, main screens and MVP priorities together, then I move to development with incremental releases.
Do you also handle publishing to the stores?
Yes, I handle publishing to the App Store and Play Store: developer accounts, product listings, screenshots, the review process and subsequent releases.
